À PROPOS DE MOI

My name Is Regina Rossi-Lamothe. I am a new mother of a beautiful daughter Alexina Rose. My husband Josh and I adopted her at birth in October of 2016.

I started my career journey as a LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) in NY in 1995 and worked throughout the tri-state area and Long Island for over 18 + years with children, families, adults with disabilities and seniors. It is my purpose in life to empower families and especially moms, reminding them the importance of Self-Care and Putting Themsleves 1st so they can be the best version of themselves so they can be the best for others. I have taken all of my professional and personal experience providing services working 1-1 with mothers and women entrepreneurs as thier personal Vitality and Empowerment Coach. I have always had a passion for dance and for children. I teach a variety of fitness modals from Zumba, Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba to Silver Sneakers.

I love teaching the Zumbini Program which allows me the best way to combine & express my backgrounds, bond with my husband and daughter, meet incredible families and their children and most of all provide a safe, fun, interactive and educational program that uses movement, instruments and music.
