Cancelation Policy

At Zumbini®, we understand that family schedules can be unpredictable. Our licensed and insured instructors are committed to providing consistent, high-quality early childhood music and movement experiences while maintaining the flexibility families need.

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Participant Cancellations
- 24-Hour Notice: Full refund or class credit available with 24+ hours advance notice
- Same-Day Cancellations: 50% credit toward future sessions when cancelling 2+ hours before class start time
- No-Show Policy: No refund or credit for missed classes without prior notice

Instructor-Initiated Cancellations
- Weather/Safety Concerns: Full refund or automatic rescheduling when classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or safety concerns
- Instructor Illness: Licensed substitute instructor provided when possible, or full refund/rescheduling offered
- Facility Issues: Alternative venue arranged or full refund provided

Make-Up Class Options
- Flexible Scheduling: Make-up sessions available within the current program cycle
- Sister Location Access: Attend equivalent classes at participating Zumbini® locations
- Virtual Options: Online session alternatives when in-person make-ups aren't feasible

*Special Circumstances

Extended Illness/Family Emergency
Our licensed instructors work with families experiencing extended health issues or family emergencies to provide:
- Partial refunds for unused sessions
- Extended make-up periods beyond standard policy
- Payment plan adjustments when appropriate

Program Changes
- Format Modifications: 48-hour notice for any program format changes
- Schedule Adjustments: One-week advance notice for permanent schedule changes
- Full Refund Option: Available if modified program no longer meets family needs

All Zumbini® instructors featured on BabyFirst® maintain:
- Current Zumbini® Licensing: Ensuring program quality and consistency
- Professional Liability Insurance: Protecting families and instructors
- CPR/First Aid Certification: Prioritizing child safety in all sessions
- Background Screening: Meeting childcare industry standards
